Maximizing vs Optimizing Your Day
What are you optimizing for in your life?
🤔 INTERESTING
Maximizing your schedule vs optimizing your schedule.
I first started thinking about this when I heard James Clear, author of “Atomic Habits,” speak on the Tim Ferris show.
He asks, when thinking about how to manage your time, “what are you optimizing for?”
Instead of trying to maximize your days, be a little more at peace with…well…living an optimized life unique for you.

📐 DESIGN
A not-so-secret, simple hack designers use to speed up their workflow:
GRIDS.
Grids help reliably frame and align graphics in a cohesive way.
There are lots of formats for grids, but here are simple ones I use most often:
Horizontal 2-Shot
(majority of my visuals uses this simple one)
Vertical 2-Shot
Bottom-Heavy 2-Shot
Vertical 3-Shot
