The most interesting thing about a fixed vs growth mindset is where and how it's applied.
Example: We can be growth minded about getting good at basketball, but fixed in our math ability. We each have self-belief blind spots where we see things as fixed.
The good news is self-awareness of these spots is a useful first step to getting closer to where we want to be.
